Exercises for more defined jaw line Posted: 16 Aug 2020 07:31 AM PDT I think most guys don't really think about their jaw line but I think it's an area to consider. A defined jaw line looks better to me. I recently started making O's and E's with my mouth. You can get your neck muscles pretty sore doing this. I'd say my jaw line has gotten more defined since! Building wrist size/ thickness Posted: 15 Aug 2020 05:23 PM PDT Is it in any way possible to make my wrists thicker, as I have worked on my forearms a lot and it hasn't changed my wrists at all.
