Posted: 18 Apr 2020 07:17 AM PDT whenever I do front squats it feels like I'm doing back squats, no matter how much weight I do. I know my form is good on both the squats so I don't understand why I don't feel the difference. Whenever I search up a leg workout I always hear people say do deadlifts (normal), however, I don't feel any part of my legs being used unless I do Romanian deadlifts. Can someone explain why this is happening? (I'm very much a newbie) [link] [comments] | ||

Quad activating in hip flexor ab exercise Posted: 17 Apr 2020 09:20 PM PDT Hey everyone, in hip flexor ab exercises (russian twists, leg lifts, leg circles etc) my right quad is tiring before my abs. This is the same side that I tore my adductors a few months ago. My adductors are still weak in that area. Is there a correlation? Will this resolve as I continue to strengthen my adductors?
