- Finally got a copy of the Bible
- It’s been a while r/BB! 7 weeks into this prep, coming down from a peak weight of 280lbs. 8 months since we brought back the gold last show. Sticking to the natty stage for now! (23y/o, 6’7, 253lbs)
- Sergio Oliva Jr no longer doing the Chicago Pro & calls out Fouad & Nick on IG. Think he’s a bit overreacting, thoughts?
- Steroid Saturday
- Throwback to meeting my favorite bodybuilder (along side Ronnie Coleman) and one of the most humble guys to talk to. Wish I had more time with him! Who's your favorite BB??
- Could this qualify as a blast and cruise or is this a straight 12 month blast?
- Why do we do all the exercises for one muscle group one after the other?

Why do we do all the exercises for one muscle group one after the other? Posted: 12 Jun 2021 05:17 AM PDT Let's say you hit chest back and shoulders, most programs have you do all the volume for chest at the beginning, then once this is over back and then shoulders. But why can't you do bench press and pull ups and chest flyes? I feel like hitting all the lifts that I care the most about in the beginning is better since im more fresh... Idk what do you think?
