Are there any powerlifting styled bodybuilding programs? Posted: 13 Dec 2020 07:54 AM PST So I have been training for 4 years and love lifting heavy while also chasing for aesthetics. Due to covid I couldn't gym and was off for about 6 months but have been getting to my pre covid strength. I am looking for a program that is heavy lifting oriented and also covers all the muscles. I weigh around 70kgs and here are my best lifts: Bench Press- 110 kg (242 lbs) *3 Squats - 130 kg (286 lbs) *5 Deadlift - 175 kg (385 lbs) *5 So if anyone has any guidance or can share any program that I can run to improve my records, that would be great! Has a bodybuilder ever missed weight? Posted: 12 Dec 2020 02:58 PM PST So every year at the O we have the classic physique and the 212 where people have to weigh in. Has anyone ever missed weight? Like classic has around 30 dudes and 212 probably has 16-20 guys, how has no one any year missed weight? [link] [comments] | ||
