- Chris bumstead looking thic!!!! (P.S:- I have seen many post about breon looking better but tbh he dialed in way too early and he still has to lose 16lbs so it’s obvious he will coming looking not this big or he can come in looking flat to make the weight ♂️)
- Back When Abs Didn't Distend
- This was taken a little over 2 weeks out, trying for a 3 Peat in Vegas!
- We under 6 weeks! Woke up 202 lbs. Cardio still at 32min a day for most of prep now, per Goob
- 2 weeks out from the Toronto Pro Qualifier - Classic Physique
- the Breon post on the frontpage didnt show this FDB w/ a vacuum!
- Am I overtraining?

Posted: 06 Nov 2020 07:44 AM PST I have been doing Monday/Thursday back and biceps, Tuesday/Friday chest triceps, and then Wensday/Saturday legs and shoulders. My legs have been sore for 3 days straight. I did just get back into now that soccer is over. I feel so sore when I stop walking for a while. Today I was going to do triceps and chest again, but I'm still a little sore in both parts. Does this mean I'm over training? My goal is to get in shape for the Marine Corps and I want to not really be big, but not weak either. [link] [comments] | ||
