Posted: 19 Nov 2020 08:16 AM PST There are a lot of programs, exercises and of course ways to do them. It all depends of your goal, your recovery and from person to person. I gave a chance to this program which I find really good, but still I think it can be improved. Day 1: Chest and Biceps Day 2: Legs Day 3: Rest day Day 4: Shoulders Day 5: Back and Triceps Day 6: Rest day Day 7: Rest day On day 1 I do:
On day 2 I do:
On day 4 I do:
On day 5 I do:
So what exercise would you add or remove, would you add sets somwhere or remove? Tell me your opinion about this progam [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 17 Nov 2020 08:38 PM PST I've always thought calum's arms are too over developed and made the rest of him look smaller. Not to mention his lats seem underdeveloped which doesn't help with the proportion. I think his delts are also too developed and make his chest appear smaller. If he focused on proportion i think he'd be one of best classic physique competitors currently. But instead i think he just spent too long doing arms and delts. His lack of lats also makes his waist look wider. Am i the only one? [link] [comments] |
