    Can I comments on my frame and whether anyone thinks its possible to get abs from here?

    Hi Guys,

    I attached two pictures. One was Pre-Covid when I was running more (playing soccer) and I maintained a much smaller frame, but was not getting any ab action. The second picture was from September -- pretty much all weights, some running, but no short-sprint action from soccer. I put on some solid muscle and my impression of the second picture is that I gained and still maintained some degree of leanness. I don't think my pecs are overly defined, but any comments on the second picture towards improvement and getting abs would be appreciated. Do you think its even possible to get abs with my frame?
