    Build muscles with dumbbells

    Posted: 23 Mar 2020 08:55 AM PDT

So I want to know if my workout is good to build muscle while we are on this quarantine.

    I am 15, 70kg, 187cm. And kinda athletic

    So I start with:

2 sets of 15, 10 deep pushups on 2 chairs

4 sets of 10 normal pushups

4 sets 10 staggered pushups (5 per arm)

After that I start with the dumbbells:

4 sets of 12 bicep curls

4 sets of 8 concentration curls

4 sets of around 12 tricep kickback?

4 sets of 12 shoulder press

4 sets of 12 rear delt raises

4 sets of 12 lateral raises

4 sets of 12 bent over rows

and 4 sets of 12 shrugs

I want to know if this workout is good enough to build muscles. Btw I don't do chest because the pushups work the chest pretty well, tell me if I'm missing something.

Patrick Moore would probably be better suited for the Classic Physique division.

It's sucks to see Keone Pearson leave the Classic Physique Division as I think he could have beat Alex Cambronero if he competed in the Arnold Classic, but I can't wait to see him compete in the 212 Division.

Tired after doing little exercise at home?

    Posted: 23 Mar 2020 08:41 AM PDT

Whenever I go to the gym, I can no problem do lots of exercise.

However, im unable to go to the gym due to this corona virus so im working out at home.

I did barely any push ups and squats with no weight and i am EXHAUSTED. Im heavy breathing. Not weak just heavy breathing. Why is this? It never happens in the gym.

Back Progress, 1 Year -- Finished my prep at 190 lbs and bulked up to 225 lbs here. Changes don't happen overnight, but I don't see progress unless I look far back.
