- Happy 31st birthday to the father of aesthetics. Forever mirin
- 1 year PL to BB change. Requested in my last post. 143kg -> 103kg.
- Am I right? Rona making this hard.
- In this pose, does the garment look like it's made of velvet? My phone is not letting me zoom-in.
- Just Gunter being massive and shredded, top 5 glutes ever IMO
- Mirin' Mondays
- Build muscles with dumbbells
- Patrick Moore would probably be better suited for the Classic Physique division.
- It's sucks to see Keone Pearson leave the Classic Physique Division as I think he could have beat Alex Cambronero if he competed in the Arnold Classic, but I can't wait to see him compete in the 212 Division.
- Tired after doing little exercise at home?
- Ronnie Coleman's genetic testing results (article)
- 8 Weeks Out From My First Comp When All The Gyms Have Closed, needed some self motivation so put together a transformation video, hopefully it will help you all to stay motivated through this time aswell
- Do you guys think roelly winklaar would've been better in classic physique?
- Back Progress, 1 Year -- Finished my prep at 190 lbs and bulked up to 225 lbs here. Changes don't happen overnight, but I don't see progress unless I look far back.

Posted: 23 Mar 2020 02:00 AM PDT It's Monday and time to post your best progress pics, poses, body parts, muscle groups, or whatever. As long as it's worth mirin'. Post a pic and some stats and let the mirin' begin. [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Mar 2020 08:55 AM PDT So I want to know if my workout is good to build muscle while we are on this quarantine. I am 15, 70kg, 187cm. And kinda athletic So I start with: 2 sets of 15, 10 deep pushups on 2 chairs 4 sets of 10 normal pushups 4 sets 10 staggered pushups (5 per arm) After that I start with the dumbbells: 4 sets of 12 bicep curls 4 sets of 8 concentration curls 4 sets of around 12 tricep kickback? 4 sets of 12 shoulder press 4 sets of 12 rear delt raises 4 sets of 12 lateral raises 4 sets of 12 bent over rows and 4 sets of 12 shrugs I want to know if this workout is good enough to build muscles. Btw I don't do chest because the pushups work the chest pretty well, tell me if I'm missing something. [link] [comments]

Tired after doing little exercise at home? Posted: 23 Mar 2020 08:41 AM PDT Whenever I go to the gym, I can no problem do lots of exercise. However, im unable to go to the gym due to this corona virus so im working out at home. I did barely any push ups and squats with no weight and i am EXHAUSTED. Im heavy breathing. Not weak just heavy breathing. Why is this? It never happens in the gym. [link] [comments]
