    Starting to run outside in the cold mornings?

    Hello Pilates and Yoga Lovers! This is a Feel Good Gentle Upper Back and Thoracic Stretching Follow Along Program if you are tight on your upper back, neck and shoulders if you accidentally lifted something very heavy the night before, slept in the wrong way, and strained your neck, upper back and shoulders muscles and soft tissue strain.

    My recommendation is to do this at once a day to help relieve any tension and pain on your neck, shoulders and upper back areas. Although I wouldn't call it a quick fix to relieve pain and pressure, it will help ease the spasm and inflammation with these gentle stretching Physio techniques with yoga based treatment plans, as well as myofascial release techniques, gentle enough to your delicate neck muscles. I recommend heating pads on the affected area for at least 20 minutes before embarking to this gentle physio and yoga routine. This is an easy physio Yoga stiff neck relief gentle stretches and if you want me to do a follow along for this video, please a comment and i will add some gentle progressions as well.

    And once you recover i recommend to do the following exercises as well as strength training workout for you neck muscles.

    It is a deep strength training of your spinal muscles, focusing each segment for strengthening, stretching tight weakness or elongated weakness opposite of the curve.
