    I hope this will help a bit during these difficult times.

    This is an exercise/stretching routine I developed a while ago and I've been doing it almost every day in the morning. Sometimes I like to do something similar before bedtime, usually when I feel tense.

    Need help with beginner fitness, being skinny fat, not liking how my body is looking at all?

    Hey, I'm a 22 F, 5'0 and 112 lbs. I work the night shift at my job 3x a week. I've been really not loving the way my body has been looking; my stomach is round and my butt is pretty flat (which is the opposite of what I want). I know it will take time for me to get the body I want, but do you all have any good routines for my butt and abs and just reducing overall body fat? I am tired of looking like this and feeling so sluggish and want a change. Any tips for beginners, when should I expect to see progress and how to get back in the gym? I feel overwhelmed with all of the resources that are out there. Thank you!

    Quadricep pain

    I have is the immense pain of my rectus femoris and vastus intermedius (my thigh muscles) from squats etc, does anyone have any tips and tricks to smooth the pain?
