    The show is done! 2nd in my class out of 6 (winner was the guy to my left in most of the pics, he went on to win the overall) Pleased with the physique I brought, now it’s time for a long offseason to fill out my weight cap

    Why there's more black bodybuilders? Genetics culture or both?

    Do you think that the reason you see more black bodybuilders & less Asian bodybuilders, is more due to culture, genetics, economic or a combination of all what I just mentioned? I notice there's more Korean bodybuilders than Chinese bodybuilders despite population. This has to be due more economic disparities considering the fact that Korea is more or less a westernized nation where as China is national socialist causing them to be poorer. Open discussion on the topic. Don't mention anything too political or neurotically racist.

    Why is my energy level is still high after being on low carbs low fat diet?!!

    I'm trying to lose belly fat with maintaining muscle mass so I went on a low carb low fat diet... but I've noticed that my energy level is still the same as before... I've been on that diet for 5 weeks at least,, what's going on!!
