- Can big traps make you look narrow ? I think if you only grow there traps it can probably start to make you look like you have a smaller shoulder width . However if both muscles are developed together in my eyes it can make your shoulders look better

- Bill Grant. Is it just me or he doesnʼt really look like he is 5' 9"/175 c.m. tall? The first photo here is him with Tony Pearson (guy on the left) who has the same recorded height as he has. The second one on the left is him with Ed Corney (far left) and Frank Zane (second from the right).
- Thoughts on 19-year old Kaya Yusuf who recently won the open class at the PCA UK? Looks like someone to watch out for, especially if he jumps into the NPC-IFBB. Definitely seems like he’s got great potential.

Posted: 18 Oct 2020 07:00 AM PDT I know this might be completely off topic/cringe for this sub, but. On my off days I get really agitated/depressive because I can't beat myself up in the gym so I tend to start breaking down. The physiatrist recommends meds (ssri's) but fuck that guy. On meds I will lose my drive to go the gym and then things will get worse. I've lost interest in academics, I've basically become dependent on the gym at this point. [link] [comments] | ||
