- Super happy with a gold and silver at my first Men's Physique competition!
- Took 1st overall in Natural Bodybuilding and 2nd place amongst Open Heavyweights! The show was fast tracked 24h because the host city went into lockdown 1 day out but we brought the best we could with the two-hour notice before stepping on stage! (23y/o, 6’7, 228lbs)
- Been a minute! 6 weeks out from Toronto Pro Qualifier. Classic Physique D. Trained by Patrick Tuor. AMA
- 4 weeks out from my next mens physique show. Got grilled pretty bad on here a few months ago for competing for a first time. Worked a ton on my abs and conditioning since then, ready to see it pay off!
- Three of the most dominant figures in the sport of the last 20 years! Who do you think had the biggest impact?
