- Just under 12 weeks out from my first show. 21 yo 5’11 175. Been posting updates on the daily threads but I’ll start posting updates on the front page every 4 weeks until showtime
- Maybe I’m out of the loop, but Kirill Khudaiev seems incredibly underrated. Didn’t place last year at the O. Reminds me of an 80s bodybuilder - great structure!

- Purely hypothetical, where would you guys think Calum would be in terms of competing right now had he never gotten injured and stayed on the path of bodybuilding?
- My goal was to grow some hamstrings, I want them to have their own area code. 19 weeks out. Amateur O. 242 this morning.

What do you think should be the most important pose in bodybuilding? Posted: 03 Aug 2020 10:15 PM PDT Traditionally it's been the back double bicep. With the winner of that pose almost always winning the show. In the last few years we have seen the Ab and Thigh become more important, but not to the same extent as the BDB. If it was up to you, what pose would be the most significant in deciding who wins a show? What's your second most important pose?
