    I got permission from u/EatLiftLifeRepeat to make this thread.

    Nearly all of us are being forced to lift at home due to the pandemic. What have you got? Some bands? A full home gym you put together for this scenario? Just your own bodyweight?

    I just have a pull-up bar, ab wheel, and bands. I also have a backpack, suitcase, and detergent jugs I can use for various weights.

    Yesterday for a push workout I did different push up variations: decline, side-by-side, and off the pull-up bar. Then detergent jug lateral and raises, band front raises, dips, detergent kickbacks and extensions. On Tuesday I did a pull workout: band rows and bent over lateral raises, pull-ups and chin-ups, as well as regular and concentration curls with bands. Tomorrow will be legs, so I'm thinking Bulgarian sofa squats, backpack squats (lol) and lunges, and suitcase hip thrusts. Don't know what I'm going to do for hamstrings.

    Any pics are appreciated, and we can also share ideas on how to make the most of what we all have.
