Thoughts Lyle McDonald saying only a 175 daily surplus is necessary for muscle building? Posted: 15 Jul 2021 07:10 AM PDT I mean it makes sense, right? Why not just put all of the extra calories into the ACTUAL muscle to avoid fat gain, and since we won't be getting 10lbs of muscle per week, why go overboard with the surplus? Thoughts?
