    losing weight too fast?

    I started a calorie deficit diet 39 days ago, I started at 250 I'm down to 233 now. I'm eating 1628 calories or less a day and am doing at least 30 - 45 minutes of exercise a week. at first the weight loss was 1 - 2 pounds a week, now I'm losing that every 3 days. i weight myself in the mornings when I wake up. my diet and exercise hasn't changed and I don't feel any different or physically weaker. a lot of stuff online is saying "water weight" but for a whole month? I'm glad for the weight loss but I don't want any health problems because I dropped it too fast.
