How do you strength train? Like, at all? Posted: 03 Feb 2021 04:38 PM PST I've always done cardio (basically just the treadmill) but I want to build some muscle and get stronger. What's the right technique for free weights, or a Cybex weight machine, or a rower? (I go to the Y to work out.) I know this question makes me sound pretty dumb, I just have anxiety and I don't want to look like an idiot or hurt myself. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
