    Any firefighters/competitors on here?

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 02:59 PM PST

As title states, looking to see how to manage a contest prep while being a full time firefighter.

Biggest worry is getting a fire the last month of the diet and not having any energy to get the work done. Hoping somebody can relate?
