Only glutes exercises no legs! Posted: 04 Jan 2021 05:55 AM PST What exercises do you do when you only wanna focus on glutes and no legs? I know you'll always have to workout the legs to grow the glutes but sometimes you just wanna rest the legs (or don't grow the quads).
