Posted: 31 Dec 2020 08:50 PM PST So I have been trying to burn fat (trying to get to 15%). I am 19 years old, 195 lbs, and 6 ft. Maxkmum bpm is 201 (220-19). 120 is 60% 160 is 80% I try and run to stay between 120 and 150 at lower end for 5 min and 160-170 for 2 min and I repeat this for 30-40 min. I have been told this is an ineffective way to burn belly fat. My goal is 15% body fat and visible abs asap. How do I actually do that? I'm vegan so I have dietary restrictions. [link] [comments] |
