    When does your body start to burn fat for energy

    I've been trying g to find the answer as to how long it takes for the body to go from burning carbs to burning fat. There's conflicting evidence as there is so much information on keto/ low carb advocates saying you have to eat low carb in order to burn fat. I'm on a high carb diet, and I have lost weight this way. I'm just wondering, assuming muscle glycogen is full (topped off) how long does it take to start burning fat? I think you have to deplete liver glycogen first before your body starts tapping into its fat stores, but do you have to deplete muscle glycogen too?

    Just had 2 days where I missed my calorie count. How can I structure a refeed day?

    I was very busy this weekend, and as a result missed my Caloric goals. I was planning on having a refresh day but am unsure on how much to eat calorie wise. Do I eat to match Calories I missed?
