Posted: 13 Nov 2020 02:12 PM PST Hey all! I am a 33 year old male, 5'11 and weight 185 lbs. I am getting to that age where ya start to think about health and how hard I've been on my body over the years. I am active but I dont work out. I have noticed I get winded and my pulse gets high pretty quick under exertion. My question is, is there like a baseline algorithm for beginners working to improve cardiac health? I feel like I remember something along the lines of a pulse of 120 sustained for 30 minutes/3 days a week. If anyone has any input on that or personal stories I would love to hear. Thanks alot!
