A lot of people here talk about bad lighting at shows. What are solutions to fix it?

    Posted: 13 Sep 2020 07:48 AM PDT

There are always plenty of comments during and after shows discussing the poor lighting quality and how competitors looked washed out or may have look better to judges with proper lighting. A lot of people also say the lighting in previous decades was much better.

So, what are solutions to fix the lighting? Obviously not every venue will have the same setup, but can some standards be set in place by IFBB? (Certain types of lights used, positioning of lights, standard backdrops, etc.)

    Interested in reading your insights!
