    Last weekend I was competing in Polish Senior Championship and placed 4th/12th as junior(23yo) in Classic Physique Class. This Sunday will start in another show, categories Classic Physique Senior and Junior Open Bodybuilding. ����

    6 month Transformation. 221 lbs ——> 255lbs. Currently 11 weeks out from contest.

    Somewhere between jan and feb to Aug 22. 223 lbs or 101kg to 182lbs or 82kg. Was an adventure with all going on this year. I will be better in the next. ��������

    Antoine's (effectively) 2 year off-season had been such a good thing for his physique. Who else has had this sort of improvement over the past 2 years?

    Anyone know why I get cramps of my calves when doing calf raises. It’s too the point it hurts and I have to do half reps.

    Due to COVID, I'm now 13.5 weeks out until the Canadian natural pro qualifier. 5'11 186.8 lbs as of this morning. Started prep in February (show was originally in August) which is definitely taking a toll, but the pay off will be worth it!
