Is walking a good form of exercise ?

So like I hate running I tried doing it and like I absolutely refuse to do it. I've been sticking to walking and I've heard from some people it's not really exercise. I go to the gym and do weights and cardio sometimes but now lately just been sticking to going to the park because I like being out in nature.

I walk like 3 miles at the park for an hour. Is walking not considered exercise?

Is doing pushups and squats at gym wrong?

    Posted: 27 Aug 2020 02:29 AM PDT

Some old guy saw me as a beginner (55 years old) at the gym and tried to teach me. I am unable to do benchpress and he put me to do 15 rep x 5 sets of pushups until I get in shape. Some big guy in his mid-twenty (i think) shouted at me: "You came to the gym to do push-ups and squats, ignore that crazy old-man"?

    Testosterone

    Posted: 26 Aug 2020 10:26 PM PDT

I want to increase my testosterone but I don't want to affect my reproductivity and end up being infertile, so I was researching methods of increasing testosterone (naturally) and was wondering...

If I take Ashwagandha, pills with vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium. Would that end up affecting my sperm production since my testosterone would be higher than usual?

Total beginner, sticking to this plan for 40 days now, advice, suggestions and recommendations are welcome. Also, some questions about when should I see visible progress?

Hello, I started working out from July 16. This is the first time I fixed a routine and kept to it for the last month and so. My routine involves 3 reps of all these moves, total 1 hour with the short intervals of 25 to 30 secs between each move and 2-4 min breaks after 1 set:

    High knee taps: 40 sec

    Jumping jacks: 45 sec

    Squat: 45 sec

Forward lunges (alternate legs): 45 sec

Plank Hold (normal body plank): 1 min 20 sec

    Russian twist: 45 sec

    Mountain climbers: 40 sec

Push ups: total 9 in 3 intervals (I was too weak to complete even 1 full push up in the first two weeks, gradually developed to perform 9 complete push ups with perfect form)

    Leg raise: 40 sec

    Bycycle crunches: 45 sec

    Plank pushup: 40 sec

    Knee Pushup: 10 pushups

    Sit ups: 45 sec

    Body crunch: 40 sec

My initial weight was 70 kg, height 5'10" and I want to lose the extra belly fat and get fit in general. How long will it take me to reach my goal to a toned body? After 40 days, I can see some changes in upper body shape and muscles in the shoulder and biceps. But no changes in belly fat yet. Yes I trimmed a lot around the waist, my pants are all loose now, but the belly fat seems more than ever now. How long should I carry on?

Note: I am restricting my calorie intake to 1700 per day, I eat a small breakfast, a big lunch and skip dinner.
