    Does anyone have these days in the gym (for me its usually after a rest day or a deload week) where it seems like you can't work the muscles quite as hard because if FEELS like your nervous system just doesn't send quite a strong enough signal to the muscles? (with heavier weights or towards the end of a set.)

    Growing thighs wider laterally. Any specific way to target the vastus lateralis and accentuate the width of the legs, without causing too much growth medially? I've seen some classic physiques that do this well like Branch Chen Kang. Or does it come down to genetics and muscle insertion of the quads
