If I ran for 2 hours would the glycogen depletion and water loss be visible in my physique?

    Posted: 07 May 2020 10:26 AM PDT

I know this isn't practical but would doing something like this be able to let you see what your physique is like without extra water weight? What about a sauna?

Does this basic (emphasis on basic) routine work every muscle?

    Posted: 07 May 2020 10:08 AM PDT

100 Pushups, 100 curls. 100 bent over rows, 100 crunches, 100 squats, 100 heel raises. This works every muscle more or less right? Also anyone know any good upper back exercises with just dumbells? Bent over rows arent the vibe rn. But this is my current routine. Sometimes I do it twice on off days.
