    Hi All

    I just turned 33 and I tried doing the stronglifts 5x5 last year... i quickly learned that my body really isnt ready for that, I developed a sore lumbar area when squatting light weight and i was told that i have some lumbar lordosis , rolled shoulders, etc etc etc.... looks like i really need to limber up.

    There are too many subreddits for me to navigate, so wanted to start here... it looks like i need to limber up, work on my core and glute strength. Unsure what else, anyways, where do i look so I can start getting myself ready for barbell training?
