Changing the subs direction back to the Sport Posted: 13 Mar 2020 08:17 AM PDT Greetings fellow bodybuilders, I'm just getting a bit concerned with the state of the sub. I'm seeing so many users just post their progress / transformation with no details. Let's all focus more on providing background information on our progress / journey so it can remain as the sub was before, focused on bodybuilding, the sport, and more substance like technique, nutrition, etc so we don't just turn into /r/brogress. If you think I'm wrong of course just downvote me, but this is just what i'm seeing as of late, tell me if I'm wrong and just have a bad perception. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 14 Mar 2020 05:14 AM PDT I am currently 15 yo, 65kg and ~186cm. I am wondering if I can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. My abs are slightly visible (only 4) but I have a little muscle. I want my abs to be visible but I also want to gain some muscles and I don't know how. I am currently jumping rope and I''m working out with dumbbells and I'm doing calisthenics [link] [comments] |
