    How to find my limit?

    How do I know that "enough" excercise is enough? For example I can do a maximum of 100 push-ups (let's assume) after that I'm too exhausted to do anything. Should I aim for 100 push-ups or should I go below that number, if so, how do I know what is the best amount of excercise (as in "I want to be fitter")
