- Did my first show October 2020 (left pics) weighed in a 193.8 and did my second show and weighed in at 198.9 at this years show last June. Progress is progress no matter how small.
- Mastering the Arnold pose to the max.
- Placed 2nd in True Novice. Not bad for a first timer. Time to build a better foundation and more muscles for the next show.

Sick pump after night of drinking Posted: 12 Jul 2021 09:37 AM PDT This is definitely anecdotal, but every time I workout the night after drinking I am able to push more weight and end up with an insane pump. I wanted to know if anyone else experiences this as well, I'm assuming it's from the carbs from the beer but idk. [link] [comments] | ||
