- 2 weeks out from my first NPC show. Just turned 20, 6’1”, 188.4 in these. Posing is definitely my biggest weakness. Any tips out there? Thank you ����

- First Off Season Check In (one week post show) 5’9/216.4/26 years old

- 13 week prep for my first show. 1 week down 12 more to go. Trying novice classic and men's physique. 5'10" and just weighed in at 207lbs. I'm eager, excited, and stupid nervous already.
