    I had a pilonidal cyst surgery 3 months ago. I'm 2 weeks healed now but i don't feel like i'm even close to lift weights again, let alone doing squats. I really really wanna get back to gym. Anyone here had a similar experience?

    Does anyone follow these competitors on IG and notice the impressive vascularity? No other Asian community produces competitors en masse like S Korea does (bikini - open). Is there an explanation for this? Is it just the culture in S Korea? Or the pharmaceuticals… 🤨

    First show for client of mine, men's physique 182+. Has lifted for 2 years and only had to cut for 3 weeks due to genetically freaky leanness, what are his chances today? Any relative weaknesses/strengths you can glaringly see?
