    We have a user request this week. Stress can be a killer in many aspects, including gains. Those who have lived high stress times, let us know what you did to try and manage it!

    Please tell us what kind of stress you were going through as well. Work, school, relationships, etc. Dont think we have a way to do credentials here but if you got em, post em!

    Welcome back everyone to Mandatory Pose Wednesday!

    We will be testing letting loose some of the restrictions this week, so feel free to offer advice to those posting. To those posting, if you post half of a pose (just upper body), there isnt much to critique. Post the whole pose please, we are here to improve as bodybuilders and that includes your legs.

    This week is a Free Pose of any pose you want help on! Post as many as youd like help with if you missed a thread from the past! Check out the previous threads if you need a reminder on how to perform them!
