- Serge Nubret Posing at the 1987 NABBA Worlds, his physique was aesthetic and near perfect. This isn't even him in his prime with his best physique, there just not much footage available

Are shoulder insertions a thing? Posted: 16 Mar 2021 12:37 PM PDT Everyone always talks about bicep, triceps, chest insertions etc. but I never really hear anything about shoulder insertions, some people's shoulders look like they just tend to be more round even at a lower body weight than someone at a higher body weight with the same BF % and who pretty much do the same work outs, e.g me an my gym partner, aside from the roundness mine also look like they just go lower down on my arm than his. Could be that I'm just better genetically suited to build muscle in that area though but I've noticed it with other people too. [link] [comments] | ||
