Posted: 25 Mar 2021 12:54 AM PDT I can lift a fairly good amount of weight but some specific back stretches are very difficult to perform. My heartbeat increases and I feel very tired after a single stretch. Is this common and stretching is tough or is my flexibility too low? Again I highlight my lifts are fairly good and match others in the gym but stretching is problem. [link] [comments] |
