Need advice for shoulder training Posted: 19 Feb 2021 07:13 AM PST Due to some circumstances I have quit going to the gym and work out outdoors currently. I recently suffered an injury in my right rear delt region due to which I am unable to perform pull ups without pain which shoots through my right arm. So I am avoiding that angle as well. No back training possible atm. Is there any way I can continue growing my shoulder muscles without pressing heavy weight? I have a pair of 12kg dumbbells at home. Can I simply do a ton of front, side and rear delt raises? [link] [comments] |
