When do you start losing gains upon inactivity? Posted: 18 Feb 2021 09:32 PM PST I see plenty of people more muscular than me that don't work out, they obviously maintain by doing minimal resistance excersize. i'm a novice will I begin to lose gains with a small caloric deficit, good sleep, and minimal resistance training for a few weeks? Nevermind that it's the most inaccurate method available, (read: most likely way wrong - see here) you're still just putting an arbitrary number to the body you have. Despite people's claim that they are shooting for a number, they're really shooting for look - like a six pack. So let's stopping mucking around with trivialities and get to the heart of the matter. This thread shall serve two purposes:

Skinny teenager Want to increase Wrist/Forearm and Bench Press Posted: 18 Feb 2021 11:39 PM PST Skinnier 16 yr old, I want to start increasing muscle on my body with first just trying to find solid exercises to improve my arm/wrist size as well as my bench press for chest for sports to become stronger. Heaviest dumbbells at are 20lbs and can this improve anything? Bodyweight? Sorry This is prob a very repetitive question to you guys but I would love to hear your feedback and recommendations. 👍 [link] [comments] |
