    Ensure for bulking?

    Posted: 27 Feb 2021 09:18 PM PST

It's 250 cal per bottle and 9g of protein. Cost isn't really an issue. My grandma gets a shitload of these for free from someone (the government? idk), but doesn't like it cause it's too sweet. I plan on maybe drinking this once or twice a day just to extend my caloric intake. Thoughts?

How effective is bulking for a month?

    Posted: 27 Feb 2021 09:39 PM PST

So I'm a 20F it's been a little over a year since I've lost 50lbs and have been maintaining a 150-155. However when I lost weight I lost so much of my butt and I want it back. I tried bulking in the winter but my gym wasn't open and I don't think bulking is as effective with just body weight exercises. But I'm at gym now and wanted to see if it was possible to get a decent bulk so I could have a little booty for the summer. I was about to transition from my maintenance cal to cutting for the summer but I'm considering bulking just for March and cutting April and May. But is that going to actually be effective? The best glute transformations I've seen need at least 6months but is it worth a shot? Or should I just keep cutting and wait till October to bulk?

How to feel confident when lifting heavier weights?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2021 12:29 AM PST

Just recently got into fitness, and I have to admit that I am hooked. Great people and great vibes the gym I go to. I still get anxiety from the gym because I am new to it, and I get really intimated when people look at me. My question is how can I feel more confident when lifting heavier? My mind talks me out of it, and I start to mess up on the form. For example, whenever I do deadlifts my legs always go inwards instead of outwards which are not good for my knees. What I find a bit strange is that whenever I squad I always have my legs go outwards, but whenever I do deadlifts it always seems to be inwards.

    Lower back friendly leg workout?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2021 04:05 AM PST

Hey, so I've been going to the gym again post lockdown for 2 months now and I'm making very good gains, with moderate gains on my legs, but I currently have an ongoing issue with my very lower disc so I've got lower back pain and I've tried to find different exercises to do, but I can't seem to find anything for calves. I currently do calf raises on the leg press machine which are alright but I don't feel too much. The same kind of goes for my quads aswell since I've alternated squats for split squats but does anyone know of any other exercises I could incorporate? Whether they're single leg exercises or not. Thanks

form is starting to annoy me...

    Posted: 28 Feb 2021 03:17 AM PST

I'm a beginner to a ppl program, and when it comes to deadlifts and squats, I cannot tell if I'm doing it right or wrong at all. I've even recorded myself and when I watch the recording it just looks totally different to how I perceive it in my head. I feel the lifts in my lower back but it doesn't hurt, I just feel it a bit. Any ideas?

Any tips to fix my uneven Body?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2021 02:34 AM PST

http://imgur.com/a/ZH8qbNh How uneven my body is, and is there any way to become better? I just want to stand properly without my right shoulder dipping down.
