Posted: 25 Oct 2020 08:32 PM PDT he's turning people away from bodybuilding. Fouad said it best on the podcast about how his awful behavior doesn't bring anyone new into the sport, it just scares people away. A commentator's job should be to explain what is happening and maybe tap into the mindset of the judges, not bitch and moan about hair color or how the 90s were better. Fuck shawn ray. Go sign that petition that's floating around here's a petition to get Fouad to replace Shawn [link] [comments]

How do you balance strength-focused and hypertrophy focused training? Posted: 26 Oct 2020 08:51 AM PDT I've been training for about 1.5 years now, and I've almost exclusively stayed in the 7-10 rep range. However, I've heard that increasing strength is very important for continuing muscle growth as you become more conditioned and your newbie gains dry up. So, how do you go about incorporating both strength and hypertrophy training into a program? Do you incorporate both into each and every training session? Do you alternate between strength and hypertrophy on a weekly basis/ monthly basis? What works best for you and why? [link] [comments]
