- We don’t see calves like this anymore
- The amount of progress James Hollingshead has made over the last year or so is unbelievable.
- Mirin' Mondays
- 12 Weeks Out - 5'11 218 lbs. Chasing my dreams of a winning a pro card in classic physique
- Have you ever seen anyone make improvements as fast as James Hollingshead did? What do you think of Patrick Tuor's methods? Looking forward to seeing him compete this October! (art by me)
- Leading up to the Europa pro in 2 weeks, here's the sickening progress of The Shed since his improvements keep getting mentioned.
- Post show pumps brought to you by MP
- The Cuban Missile, Santi Aragon!
- Does this look like winged scapula? I am really concerned thank you. If not winged scapula what is it? Thank you
- does smoking weed break your fast?
- don't sleep on Brandon
- Can anyone tell me why my chest looks like this on my right, (left on screen). I’m 17 y/o, been training for 7 months. It is not only less defined on my left pec, but also not as big. It is not a muscle imbalance because both my arms fatigue at the same time on dumbbell presses.
- Does race affect bodybuilding?
- Anatomically speaking, what exactly is happening inside the guts of some bodybuilders that makes them look pregnant?

Posted: 27 Sep 2020 01:20 PM PDT Judges won't give Phil the win if he has any noticable distention. Brandon has to hit Arnold 2019 conditioning and he will probably beat Flex, Hadi, Dex and Bonac at their usual peaks (Ramy and Roelly might come outta nowhere with insane conditioning but don't count on it). He's more likely to peak again because he's only prepping for one show this year, and he's had time and a half thanks to COVID to build legs. I'm banking on Phil being able to overcome that weakpoint, just as some of his contemporaries have, but all I'm saying is he might not so don't sleep on the reigning champ. It's too far out to predict but just for fun I want to put this one at 1- Phil 2- Brandon 3- Bonac 4- Flex 5- Hadi 6- Dex. Roelly and Ramy as wildcards who could replace the spot of anyone on this list. For classic we'll see a Crith repeat (medical scares excluded) [link] [comments]

Does race affect bodybuilding? Posted: 27 Sep 2020 02:35 PM PDT We know genetics have a lot to do with body composition, but does race determine what results someone gets from training? Are there races a advantage or disadvantage? [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Sep 2020 08:52 PM PDT I mean, is it because their stomach gets larger? Is it the organs? What is it? [link] [comments] |
