Jason Huh vs Liam Kelly real-time posing routines. I really love Iike it. What do you think? Clearly Jason is much bigger and balanced, but the posing of Liam is artistic af.

Does posing on stage need skill? (Mandatory poses only)

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 06:16 AM PDT

So last night I was talking with a couple of friends, one does train at the gym and has been following the pro scene for 5+ years and the other one doesn't know a lot about bodybuilding. We were talking and basically we ended up talking about poses, both of my friends do not think you need skill to pose and basically called the stage part of competitive bodybuilding equal to a beauty contest, you just stand there and do what you're told and no matter how much you practice posing it doesn't really matter( I'm talking about the mandatory poses because free posing isn't judged). I think when you step on stage and pose you need to have some sort of skill, I believe there's a difference between posing like a robot and just hitting the mandatory poses like you have been taught and actually hitting the mandatories showing your best body parts and trying to hide your flaws. What do you guys think? Does the stage part of competitive bodybuilding require skill or not? Alright I hope this makes sense and I apologize for any mistakes I have made for English is not my first language.

    Steroid Saturday

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 02:00 AM PDT

Welcome to the steroid Saturday discussion. Please follow the rules, and be kind. If you see any hatred, arguing, etc. Please report the comment so it can be removed. If you do not agree with this post, do not participate. It is that simple.

    RULES:

    • NO SOURCE TALK. This is very important for a variety of what we hope are obvious reasons.
    • NO FIGHTING. Arguing and ridiculing others will only get your comment deleted. Constructive criticism only. Post anything that is on topic. This involves how cycles change close to competition prep, what has worked for you in the past, before/after cycle pictures, dietary changes with different compounds, etc.
    • Questions are allowed, but should be limited. /r/steroids has a specific thread just for new comers, where you can get amazing answers from some of the most knowledgeable people. Lab talk is alright, but remember how to get a particular lab's product would be prohibited source talk.
    • We hope everybody enjoys this thread Thanks to the /r/steroids community to help make this work. They have been a huge help and will be chiming in on this post.
