I need a workout routine/plan? Posted: 29 Jul 2020 04:25 PM PDT Hi I've been randomly exercising off and on for 5 years with no real goals. Lot of endurance and strength. I would love to start following actual plan and seeing best results. I have access to a gym, and power rack at home. I've got 30 lbs to lose again but I want to keep as much muscle as I can. Any advice? I am definitely wanting to incorporate squats, deadlifts, pullups. Also What do I do after I stick with a routine when I'm not seeing anymore progress ? Thank you. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 29 Jul 2020 02:06 PM PDT My current workout routine is: 3x 15+ reps of pushups (diamonds too) Curls (reverse and hammer and basic) 2x Pullups (till failure) Dips 2x Chin ups (tull failure) Lunges (around 15) Squatz (25+) 2x planks 1 min each Situps (35+) I do this every other day. Im new to excersize and wanted to know if this routine is effective, and if not how to improve it? The only equipment i have is light dumbbells and a pullup bar. [link] [comments] |
