    Sneakers/Runners for Walking/Running/Cardio/Gym

    Posted: 10 Jun 2020 07:00 AM PDT

Just wanting some advice, I currently have some well worn, used and loved Sketchers which I use however the problem I am running into is if I am walking/jogging regularly I have issues with having rubbing on the heel - I have played around in terms of shoelaces and this doesn't seem to help. I am specifically wanting to get back into jogging/running, and be more active then currently.

Apparently I have a high instep (if this helps?) I do also have an issue with one foot being slightly larger scaring or calcification? (about an inch in front of where my toes start) - had something fall down and slam on one foot a long time ago.

I do believe I have wide feet? I think? I am not really sure what is considered as a wide foot for a woman, I don't really have anything to compare against.

I went into the Sketchers store, whom said I don't have the correct shoes, and I need a wide fit sketchers, however, going to another shoe store they advised that they don't believe that is the issue, they think I need to purchase a size up as the overall size is too small. (I normally wear a 9. and he was recommending a size 10) specifically recommending https://www.skechers.com.au/women-s-bountiful-quick-path-12607-bbk.html#93=3573 I will say the shoe felt soft and comfortable however, felt too roomy? like If i was to wear this, after breaking the shoe in, its going to then be too roomy and my foot will swim in the shoe.

I feel a bit lost here and would love some advise and help regarding this if it helps I am based in Australia

Are there any beginner-friendly gym classes that are streaming?

    Posted: 10 Jun 2020 08:00 PM PDT

Hello, I'm in the EST time zone if that helps. I'm looking for EST gym classes that are streaming in the morning. But if there aren't any in the morning, any time of the day can work too.

Training all different body parts feels confusing.. too much information for my brain

    Posted: 10 Jun 2020 05:24 AM PDT

    Been training

    Day 1: chest

    Day 2: arms

    Day 3: back

    Day 4: jog

    Repeat

Been doing this for 2 months

    I assume I'm missing stomach/shoulders/legs?

I feel like this is just too much..

Cant you squeeze in those 3 at the same gym workout?

My gym only seem to have 1 machine for stomach, be there 1 hour using the same machine sounds like a waste

Or if I could just do those at home. But when im watching videos they show like 20 different training methods that you need to do during 1 workout. Its just too exhausting and not sure if it will have an impact in the end..

Machines feels more reliable to me for actual muscle growth
