An unedited picture after a pull workout. I think it’s mandatory to hit these poses afterwards (expect the most muscular!). Also kind of a physique update. Any pointers?

Does good posture noticeably affect strength and size of upper body?

    Posted: 17 May 2020 04:52 AM PDT

If someone had great body posture throughout their childhood (age 4-16).

At the age of around 16 would they end up having a noticeably stronger back and broader shoulders than if they had not used those muscles their whole life and just had poor posture?

I've lost 105lbs naturally and currently have a personal trainer. We train legs once a week. What can I do on my own for more definition, especially in the front?
