Posted: 06 May 2020 05:15 PM PDT I really, really hate working out. Any suggestions on what is a good starting point for someone to lose about 15 lbs and mostly tone up? I tend to start workouts but never keep up with them long, or hurry through the workouts resulting in bad form which is counterproductive. [link] [comments] |

Leg/Foot Numbness After Working Out Posted: 06 May 2020 06:42 AM PDT After about 6 weeks working out on a more regular basis I began to experience some numbness on the outside of my right calf and top of right foot. It's also hard to balance or put weight on my right heel without the front of my foot dropping/flopping to the ground. Anyone know what muscle I may have aggravated that might cause these symptoms?
