    Ab/core exercises that are easy on the back?

    I've recently been having really severe back pain but want to improve my ab/core strength. Plank exercises cause a lot of pain the next day and I'm afraid to do things like sit ups. Any suggestions of gentle ab exercises?

    Like everyone else I'm stuck at home and struggling to come up with interesting workouts that I want to do. So reddit, what have you got? Maybe it's a youtube channel that gets you pumped up.
