- First post, 6 weeks out from my first show. Currently at 91kgs, 178cm tall. I’m looking for any opinions or criticisms on my current physique and whether you think i have a chance at classic or should put on the mass and move to open? Thank you����

Posted: 11 Aug 2021 08:15 AM PDT Hello and welcome to our new posing thread. These will be posted once a month and will give the community a chance to get critiqued on their bodybuilding poses. You may post any pose (or all of them) that youd like help with! Please keep in mind this is not Mirin Mondays. We are critiquing the pose, not the poser. On that note, please remember that bodybuilding (except MP) requires both your upper and lower body to be shown. Half a pose is useless, this thread is for practicing stage posing, not for instagram pics. Check out the previous threads if you need a reminder on how to perform them!
