- 7 year progress currently prepping for my first show
- 16yo, 7,5 weeks out from my First show at classic physique, i'm at a huge caloric surplus right now eating 7 meals a day, coach is starting to cut around 3 weeks out. I'm really excited for my First show here in brazil
- 12 days out from the Lenda Murray out in Norfolk, VA.
- sunday check ins, 15 weeks out from my first show. 21 y/o, 5’7 195lbs.
- Shawn Rhoden… you think he will beat Big Rami if participated this year ?
- Happy Birthday Lee Priest
- A little over 8 weeks out from my first NPC MP show at 19, starting to dial in. Any suggestions? Obviously not MP poses here but just a self check in
- Leg day Routine?

Posted: 06 Jul 2021 07:58 AM PDT As someone who hates squats and also has a lower back problem I've found what work's for me to do a 30min leg and back stretch. Start with leg extension's or db lunges then move onto lying hamstring curl's then to squats. I don't start with heavy weight and just work up to my max weight. I'm doing 3-4 set's with 10-12 rep range. After that I do leg press then 2 calf machines and then i go die in a corner for a bit. Then finish with some farmer walk's with kettle bells. This is usually my leg day. I'f someone has better suggestions with success I'm willing to try it out. Thanks [link] [comments] | ||
